God Friended Me
Written by Lilien and Wynbrandt and to be directed by Siega, God Friended Me is described as a humorous, uplifting series, which explores questions of faith, existence, and science. It centers on an outspoken atheist whose life is turned upside down when he is “friended” by God on Facebook. Unwittingly, he becomes an agent of change in the lives and destinies of others around him.
Leslie will play Ali Finer. Bright, compassionate and opinionated, Miles’ (Brandon Micheal Hall) younger sister is always in his corner to provide encouragement and honest insight. She is also working on her PhD in psychology.
9 Months After
"Nine Months After" centers on the lives of two individuals, Jaye (Javicia Leslie) and Marcus (Marcus Dupree), who have spent 3 years together in an intimate relationship before deciding to part ways. The journey of Marcus and Jaye following the break-up is a tumultuous one that I feel many will be able to relate to. My objective in creating this series was to exemplify the good, the bad, and ugly with respect to Black Love. There are no villains or heroes; just two who fight like hell to either make things work or move past one another.
Stuck
Stuck is a romantic comedy that follows two strangers who become physically wedged in the act of a “one-night stand”. Their only path to separation is to be vulnerable and share a secret with one another. Stuck stars breakout sensation Javicia Leslie and comedic rockstar Hari Williams.
